How do I care for my candle to make it last longer?
To get the most out of your candles, here are a few simple tips:
- Trim the Wick: Before each use, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch to prevent a large flame, reduce soot, and ensure an even burn.
- Burn in Intervals: Burn your candle for 2-4 hours at a time to allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface. This helps prevent tunneling and maximizes the burn time.
- Keep it Draft-Free: Burn your candle in a draft-free area to prevent the flame from flickering too much, which can cause uneven burning and wasted wax.
- Allow Wax to Solidify: After burning, let the wax solidify completely before lighting it again. This ensures a cleaner, longer-lasting burn.
